Agenda & Minutes

Welcome to the City of Macclenny’s “Agendas & Minutes” online.  This page will contain the only official and accurate records for the City’s meetings that affect the welfare and quality of life for the people we serve.  We strongly encourage the City of Macclenny’s residents and businesses not to rely on other 3rd party sources of information.  When in doubt, we feel the information provided on this page is the only qualified source of information for our community.  Please note that our minutes are usually approved by the city commission one (1) month after the meeting takes place and will not be posted online until the approval process is complete.
